For UK restaurants

Marketing that fills tables.

For independent restaurants — bookings, covers, Tripadvisor, Christmas and Valentine's. We build the website, run the ads, and post the content. You focus on service.

The honest truth

How dine-in customers actually decide.

89%

of UK diners check reviews and photos before they book a table. Your Google and Tripadvisor presence is the menu — before the menu.

62%

of restaurant bookings start on a mobile. If your site doesn't open in two seconds, the booking happens somewhere else.

30%

of yearly dine-in revenue typically lands in four windows: Christmas, NYE, Valentine's and Mother's Day. Most websites don't plan for any of them.

Figures are typical ranges from BrightLocal, Tripadvisor and UKHospitality research — actual numbers vary by city, cuisine and price band.

What actually keeps you up

Four problems. Four engines.

Empty midweek covers

Tuesday and Wednesday sit at 40% capacity. We run midweek set-menu landing pages, Meta retargeting to past site visitors, and email-to-walk-ins for previous bookers.

Tripadvisor sabotage

One unfair review at the top of your listing costs you covers every week. We monitor, draft owner replies, refresh photos monthly, and ladder you up the local Tripadvisor ranking.

Boring Sunday roasts

Sundays should be your biggest cover day. We run a Sunday-only campaign — set menu page, GBP posts, Meta carousel, email push — every week, on a calendar.

Slow December (or panic December)

Christmas, NYE and Valentine's drive a third of your year. We plan all three in October, build dedicated landing pages, run the ads, and hand you the booking calendar.

What we do for restaurants

Nine services. Told in dine-in language.

Local SEO — for booking intent

Rank for 'best restaurant [your area]', 'Sunday lunch near me', 'birthday dinner [town]'. Different keyword shape to takeaway SEO — different conversion path too (booking, not order).

AI Search (AEO & GEO)

Get cited when locals ask ChatGPT, Perplexity or Google AI Overviews 'where should I eat tonight in [town]'. AI is now the first stop for high-intent diners.

Google Business Profile

Photos every week, posts every week, Q&A answered, menu kept current. GBP is your second front door — for dine-in it's often the busiest one.

Social media that drives bookings

Reels, stories and posts engineered for the booking click, not vanity likes. We measure covers booked from Instagram, not impressions.

Google Ads

Top-of-Google for 'restaurants near me', set-menu searches, and named-occasion queries. Tracked covers, not just clicks.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

Targeted to your booking catchment, not your delivery radius. Retargeting people who looked at your menu but didn't book is the single highest-ROI ad we run.

Menu & brand design

Menu engineering for higher average ticket. Identity, type system, and food photography that lifts perceived price — the difference between a £20 main and a £28 main.

Content creation

Weekly food and atmosphere content — AI generated, on-brand, scheduled. Keeps your Instagram alive without you lifting a phone.

The honest part

We don't promise numbers we can't prove.

We can't guarantee X covers per week or a Tripadvisor top-5 spot — anyone who does is lying. What we can promise is the engine: a fast site, weekly content, ads to the right people, reservations integrated, reviews managed, and a campaign for every date that matters. The covers follow.

Free 15-min audit. We tell you the three biggest things holding your bookings back. No pitch. No pressure.

Restaurant owners ask

What dine-in operators want to know

Do you only work with high-end restaurants?+
No. We work with independent UK restaurants of every size — neighbourhood bistros, gastropubs, modern Indian, steak rooms, brunch destinations, chef-led tasting rooms. The only group we don't take is large chains. If you're an owner-operator or a small group up to ~8 sites, you're our customer.
Do you integrate with my reservation system?+
Yes. We set up OpenTable, Resy, SevenRooms, ResDiary, DesignMyNight or Reserve-with-Google and wire the booking flow into your site, Google Business Profile and Instagram so every traffic source sends a clean booking through. You keep ownership of the reservation platform and pay them directly — we just make sure it all connects.
Can you help us fill quiet midweek covers?+
Yes — this is one of the most common asks we get. The four levers we pull are: Meta retargeting to people who've visited your site or Instagram but never booked, Google ads for high-intent local searches, midweek set-menu landing pages, and email sequences to past customers. We measure covers booked, not impressions.
Do you manage our Tripadvisor presence?+
Yes, on Dominate and Scale. We monitor new reviews, draft replies in your voice for you to approve, refresh your photos monthly, and work on the signals that move you up the local Tripadvisor ranking — review velocity, photo count, owner responsiveness, and management replies. Tripadvisor is a different ranking system to Google, so we treat them separately.
Can you run our Christmas and Valentine's campaigns?+
Yes. Christmas, NYE, Valentine's, Mother's Day and Father's Day are all included in Dominate and Scale. We plan in October, build dedicated landing pages, run the Meta and Google ads, push the email and SMS list, and hand you the booking calendar. Roughly 30% of dine-in revenue lives in those four windows — we treat them like a project, not a poster.
We don't have professional food photography — is that a problem?+
Not for getting started. We generate on-brand food and atmosphere imagery using AI for digital channels — fast, consistent, weekly. For printed menus and your hero website shots we recommend a real on-location shoot once a year (we can arrange it or you can use your own photographer) — AI images are excellent for social and ads, but the menu and the homepage benefit from real plates.
How quickly will I see results?+
Honestly, it depends on the lever. Google Business Profile cleanup and Google Ads start showing data inside week one. Local SEO compounds — meaningful movement at 30–60 days, top-3 rankings typically 90–120 days. Tripadvisor ranking shifts are slower (60–120 days). Christmas and Valentine's campaigns work to a calendar — start at least 8 weeks out.
Are there setup fees or contracts?+
No setup fees. Month-to-month, cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We'd rather lose you than lock you in — if it's not working we want to know fast.
